Restaurant City Strategy Guide for Beginners
I just started Restaurant City Facebook Game, and I like the game play. It is a flash game, so the it is taking quite some resources and bandwidth but nevertheless it is an addictive game as you will have to manage your restaurant that you could run for 24 hours. Like most other games at facebook, it is always easier and better if you start the game correctly. I personally started it wrongly with my facebook and tried another facebook account with the correct way to start.
Let us start with the Don’t!
- Do not let your restaurant to run if you know you will not be playing for more than 2/3 hours time. Close your restaurant.
- Buy expensive furniture or stove or decorations, it does not cook faster
- Internal decorations of door and windows does not affect the outside deco.
- Do not need a cleaner until you have a toilet bowl (that is at level
- Don’t feed your workers (at least not at the start because it is too expensive)
Ways to earn money at Restaurant City.
You can actually earn money by clicking at trees. You either need to
- enter decoration mode and exit
- visit others restaurant
and the trees will randomly give you coins. Usually you can get around 4-6 coins each round.
You also can earn money by picking up trash. Visit some of your friends restaurant and help them to pick up the trash. Don’t forget to click on the trees too.
These money is not a lot but having them will give you some good head start.
Arrangement
I would strongly suggest the arrangement of something like this when you have 2 or 3 staff. Don’t even bother about cleaner until you are in level 8 whereby you will have the toiletbowl and having 5 staffs.
2 cooks to 1 waiter or 1 cook to 1 waiter.
After that when you have 4 workers. Try something like this. 3 cook to I waiter/waitress would be sufficient because walking is minimal for the waitress.
Sleep your worker rather than feeding them
Do not feed them because it regains too little energy while you are spending too much, you will barely break even by doing so (at least not until 8-10 levels whereby money comes in quicker). Also happier workers work faster, and I tend to do this,
- Rest until 100% –
- work until around 80% – around 40 minutes
- Sleep again – around 10 minutes you should gain back.
Use a timer to do this and you do not have to wait for the numbers to go up.

This guide is the worst I have ever seen. Your arrangement is terrible and you are supposed to feed your people when they get to at least 80% if you want to make more money
s**k: you could share if you have something better but this is the best to maintain your quality at 30.0 and above. But if you are selfish then nothing could be done about it.
WHAT THE HELL SUCK?!?!?! i totally agree with 8dee and so what if his arrangements are bad? It doesnt mean that YOU have to follow EXCACTLY what he said, and its not like he controlls you or anything.

How do you close the restaurant??
just edit the resto and place something on front of the door
You can close the rescturant by pressing the chair button on the bottom to re-decorate. click and drag your doors to the bottom bar. save. if you correctly moved the doors, you should have no one in your resturant except for your workers.
how to get more ratings in the restaurant city
because i have 3.00% ratings den it goes down @ 2.80%? what happened?
i now how to close resturant just
1. go to decoration stuf
2.put mailbox in front of door
3. then ur restaurant is closed

so i formed a box and put all the cooks towards the middle, spreading out the cooks takes too long because they serve in order of who’s been there the longest, so it would be bad if they had to run around a lot, currently i hav 4 workers and 39 average rating level 7 i also put a few chairs towards the back of the restaurant and that seems to help the flow of traffic
couple of quick questions: 1. is there another way to get ingrediants other than trading/visiting? 2. why do you have to lock your ingrediants? do people steal them? Thx.
if your restaurant installed with toilet bowl.
clean the toilet bowl manually, no need to assign the cleaner.
1.open redecoration mode
2.drag toilet bowl in the item list
3.drag toilet bowl back into your restaurant
4.you bowl now is now clean and ready to use by customer.
Umm….. Barbara:
1. No, unless you use cheat engine for ingredients.
2. Dunno, so your friend cant trade some ingredients. EX:
Roast Chicken. Ingredients Potato Chicken Salad.

So your friend need to wait.
3. No, unless they hack and then trade the ingredients they want and throw away the useless ones xD.

1. What is the difference beetwen gourment street and friends street?
2. Who in the right mind would shake trees?
3.[TIP] Toilets for higher level needs more uses until its dirty.:
Normal toilet 3-5 uses.
White toilett 6-7 uses.
Pink toilette 8-10uses.
RUBY Toilette 11-13uses.
Black(marmer) 14-15 uses.

1. Are there another way FASTER get money than shaking trees, cleaning garbage, and selling stuff or level up OR get tips?
2. Are gourment street needs atleast 4 full stars rating?

Just today, I noticed that what looks like a garden was put in place next to my restaurant. It says it unlocks at Level 24. Does this enable me to grow my own fruits and vegetables?
Oh…. i see…what if 5 workers-3 chefs and 1 waiter it can be??….1 janitor….its amazing!!

good but not really as i said before use paips rc hack and you dont need to feed staff and you get 2 coins every 2 seconds it works a treat
Here’s what I do:
I play during the day: food quiz, pick up trash, all of that good stuff. Then, before I go to sleep, I feed all of my employees to 100 energy (don’t be cheap, buy a sandwich). Then I save (click the little save button in the column of buttons on the top left corner of the game). Don’t put the employees to rest or block the door, just let the game run. Then in the morning of the next day (or whenever I go on Facebook), I go to my Restaurant. The employees are all fainted, there is trash all over the place but you will earn up to 2000 coins.
***If you have a janitor, and you are monitoring your game in another window, leave the janitor resting, and make him a janitor everytime a toilet is dirty.
