it’s because you need an abandon lot to built your mafia mike’s on it. he already has 50, that means: 1 abandon lot for 30.000,- $ and 1 mafia mike’s for 8.000,- $
it’s 38.000,- / 12.000,- (per h) = 3,17 hours NOT days…
so the calculation is right. he has to change the line above

You can just copy and paste your property screen and it tells you the days it takes for a property to pay for itself including the land cost too. Much easier to use and understand.

dude, you have the return of mafia mikes as 3.17 days, when the hourly income is more than the initial investment. you make it back and then some in an hour.

First, I am impressed with your spreadsheet. It looks nice.

One gap that has not been filled yet, is a MW item combat helper. It would be nice to see all the items in your inventory, their count, attack and defense, and type (loot, inventory, limited edition loot). Then be able to see which ones you would bring into battle (highest attack values) and which ones you would use in defense (highest defense values). Since you can only bring up to your mafia size, there would have to be some calculations there.

With that spreadsheet, you could optimize your items by gifting away the ones that don’t help you or prevent you from using your best. BTW, current theory is that combined stats (atk + def) are most important. So bringing an item with the best combined stats for attacking and defending is an art.

If you can do that, I will send thousands of folks your way.
